Transaction and Document Management System

As a Preferred Realtor with TitleMax, you have 24/7 access to the status of all your transactions, whether pending, scheduled or closed. Using your unique user name and password, you may log-on to view the progress of each of your transactions as well as their various closing documents. You’ll receive email notification as the Commitment is completed, the Survey is uploaded and the HUD 1 is constructed, modified and lender-approved. With a few clicks, you can upload various closing documents (Termite Report, Home Warranty, Invoices, etc), which will become part of our online settlement file and, at your discretion, can be accessed by all parties to the transaction. Your clients are also given access to their transaction – keeping them, and you, updated and informed. In addition, your files are retained in our online system for perpetuity. Imagine the convenience of accessing signed HUDs at tax time, or pulling up a survey instantly when your buyer calls you to list their property. The possibilities are endless!
